Greetings Fellow Warriors and flight crews.., I’m Colonel Bolter and I’d like to personally welcome you to the home of Arcta Flight.

The name Arcta, representing it’s proud geographical coverage area (WI, MI, MN, MO, IL), was originally awarded in commemoration for the miraculous, fleet-saving Colonial victory depicted in 'Gun on Ice Planet Zero'. 
The following is my command philosophy and view of the qualities of an Arcta Flight Warrior:
  1. Duty, Honor, Service.
  2. Relentless commitment to duty and service, totally above reproach whether it be conducting attack missions, flying shuttles to provide life-support to starving refugees from the Colonies, or putting cadets through their paces.
  3. Resilience is ultimate victory. Being able to conduct oneself, your assigned mission, and those who serve under you with purpose, compassion and urgency.
  4. Not saying much, but those who listen can hang their flight helmet on your every word.
  5. 'Droit Et Avant' (ancient Kobol phrase for 'Be Right, Then Forward').
Not the lead cheerer at victory celebrations, but earning quiet, somber appreciation for our underlying support.

Let military historians look back in reflection and toast, 'Thank the Lords of Kobol for those who served Arcta...'
