ARTICLE IX: Squadron Organization

Blackstar Squadron utilizes several organizational layers to support a worldwide organization while encouraging local social connections.
Divisions: Large geographic areas named for each of the 12 Colonies and overseen by the High Council.
Company:
Regional Division partition named using the Greek alphabet and overseen by an appointed Company Leader at the direction of the High Council. Flight: Local Company partition named and overseen by an appointed Flight Leader at the direction of the Company Leader Appointments of Title: To support the organization, select individuals are tasked with communicating news & encouraging participation to the members within their respective area of influence. The following "Appointments of Title" are not ranks. They are recognition of assignments bestowed to voting members by the High Council. Appointments may be changed as needed by the High Council or Company Leader as appropriate to facilitate oversight & social connections. A voting member only retains the appointed title while actively serving in the role.
